宿泊予約サイトからのご予約
各予約サイト（Airbnb、Booking.com、Agoda、Yahooトラベル）にて掲載しております。
閑散期には、Airbnb、Booking.com で部屋貸しプランを掲載する事があります。
その場合、お部屋以外の設備は他のゲストと共有となります。

● 支払方法 … 銀行振込・クレジットカード（VISA／MASTER／AMEX／JCB／Diners／Discover)
宿泊希望日の空き状況を確認後、支払方法の詳細を含めて連絡します。
入金確認後、予約確定いたします。
期日までにお支払いただけない場合は自動的に予約キャンセルとなります。
● 空き状況はAirbnbサイトが最新となりますので、直接予約の前に参照ください。
● 2日以上、こちらから返信の無い場合は、メールアドレスが間違っている可能性がありますので再度ご連絡ください。

貸切利用 素泊まりのみ
基本料金 4名までの利用…40,000円
以降、1名追加毎に5,000円追加
（5名45,000円／6名50,000円／7名55,000円）
☆季節割引… 4月～6月・10月・11月は、基本料金30,000円
☆連泊割引… 4～6泊目 基本料金30,000円／7～10泊目 基本料金25,000円
11泊以上の長期滞在はご相談ください

お子様のご利用について
◎未就学の乳幼児の添い寝 … 無料 … 要事前連絡！
◎小学生以上 … 大人と同料金 … 宿泊人数に含めて下さい。
未就学の乳幼児同伴の場合は、必ずメッセージにて連絡下さい。
【事前連絡なしでのお子様同伴は、通常の宿泊料金】を頂戴いたしますので、ご了承ください。
また、お部屋はかなり狭くなりますが、エキストラベッド1台使用可能です。
（セミシングルサイズ・12歳までの子ども用・¥3,000／泊）
ご希望の場合は、事前に必ずご相談ください。当日のご用意は出来ません。

キャンセル規定
下記の通り、宿泊日前日より起算して 21日前よりキャンセル料金を定めております。
一組限定の小さな宿ですので、仮押さえ目的の予約はどうぞお控え下さい。
キャンセルされる場合はお早めに連絡ください。
21日前 宿泊料金の30%
14日前 宿泊料金の50%
7日前 宿泊料金の80%
当日 宿泊料金の100%（連絡無しのノーショウ含む）
※お支払いが無い場合、法的措置をとらせていただきます。

Reservations through the online travel agent website
We are listed on a OTA websites (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Yahoo Travel).
During the off-season, we sometimes list room rental packages on Airbnb and Booking.com.
In such cases, all facilities other than the room will be shared with other guests.

● Please let us know your preferred room assignment, the number of infants sleeping with you.
Please use the message box for any other questions or special requests.
● Payment method ... Credit card（VISA／MASTER／AMEX／JCB／Diners／Discover)
After confirming the availability of the date you wish to stay, we will contact you with details on payment methods.
Reservation will be confirmed after payment is confirmed.
If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
● Please refer to the Airbnb site for the most up-to-date availability before booking directly.
● If you do not receive a reply from us for more than 2 days, please contact us again as your e-mail address may be incorrect.

Charter rate： / TAX include
Basic rate Up to 4 persons... ¥ 40,000
Additional person charge: ¥ 5,000 per person.
( ¥ 45,000 for 5P / ¥ 50,000 for 6P / ¥ 55,000 for 7P)
*Seasonal discount ... Basic rate ¥30,000 (From April to June, October and November)
*Long stay discount ... 4-6 nights, basic rate ¥ 30,000 / 7-10 nights, basic rate ¥ 25,000
For longer stays of 11 nights or more, please contact us.
Child rate：
◎Sleeping with pre-school child ... Free of charge ... prior notice required!
◎Elementary school students and older ... Same rate as adults ... Please include them in the number of guests.
Please contact us by message if you are staying with a pre-school child or toddler.
**Please note that pre-school children staying with you without prior notice will be charged the normal room rate.
* You can use one extra bed, bud the room will be quite small.
(Semi single size, children up to 12 years old, ￥3,000.)
If you wish to use it, please contact us in advance. We cannot be prepared on the day.

Cancellation Policy：
We charge a cancellation fee 21 days prior to the day before the stay.
Please refrain from making reservations for the purpose of temporary reservation,
as we are a small inn with only one group.
Cancellation charges are calculated as below.
On the day / No-show：100%
7 days before：80%
14 days before：50%
21 days befor：30%
